General Information
KUB recommend a minimum of 3 bundles of hair if your chosen hair lengths are between 12” – 18”. For installs that require lengths over 18” we would advise customers to purchase 4+ bundles for a natural fullness. The longer the hair length the shorter the width of the track. With the right hair care our hair can last over a year. The delicate finish to our hair extensions allow the hair to be reused and worn for up to 18 months and can be styled using heated tools without damage.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING (UK AND INTERNATIONAL) All orders made within the United Kingdom is charged at £8 and usually takes between 3-7 days to be delivered. We also ship internationally, which is charged at £17 to over 250 different regions worldwide, which include North America, Europe and Africa. The delivery time is 10-15 working days days. Important information: Please note – All orders made within the United Kingdom usually takes between 3-7 working days (excluding weekends) and International orders could take up to 12-17 work days to be delivered. RETURN POLICY Hair extensions are hygiene sensitive as a result refunds are not permitted, nevertheless we are more than happy to make exchanges on hair extensions that may be faulty or not as ordered however this can only be done on products which have not been opened, worn or tampered with. In order to make an exchange you must contact us within 3 working days. All products must be returned unopened in the original packaging otherwise an exchange will not be issued. Customers are responsible for shipping cost and we recommend that you return the hair extensions with a tracking number, as we are not liable for lost returns. Once we have received the hair extension we will inspect it thoroughly to make sure the returns requirements are met so that the exchange process can commence. PLEASE NOTE: Fees such as additional shipping charges, duties, customs, overdraft, interest, or any other fees charged by a third-party will NOT reimbursed.
Yes, you may cancel your order by contacting info@kannisbeauty.com If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it. If you do not contact us in time to cancel your order, you may still return & exchange your item/s once you receive it, as long as the Return & Exchange Policy has been followed. PLEASE NOTE: Fees such as additional shipping charges, duties, customs, overdraft, interest, or any other fees charged by a third-party will NOT reimbursed.
